Learn how to create your ValueFlow account and get started with AI interviews.
Getting Started
To begin using ValueFlow for your AI interviews, you'll need to create your trial account. Here's how:
Step 1: Visit the ValueFlow Website
Navigate to valueflow.ai in your web browser and hit one of the "Start free trial" buttons, which can be found in the top right corner or in the pricing section.
Step 2: Fill out Stripe details
Your trial will be free. It will allow you to use ValueFlow for 7 days and spend 1,000 ValueFlow AI tokens during that time, which is approximately the equivalent of 1 hour of interview time.
In order to start your trial, we're asking for some necessary information. Descriptions below the image.
Email: Your work email address. This is where we will be sending emails to
Contact name: Use your first and last name. This will be important for an orderly setup and billing details.
Desired subdomain: Choose how your domain will be named. Example: If you choose 'tesla' then your domain would be 'tesla.my.valueflow.ai'
Server region: Choose the location of your server. This is the region where your data will be stored.
Name: The name of your company, if you're representing a company. If you're ordering as a private professional, then enter your first and last name again.
Billing address: Official address of your company
Purchase as a business: Select the option and enter respective information about your company. This will be important for your invoices.
Legal disclaimer: Accept ValueFlow's privacy policy and terms in order to start your free trial.
Step 3: Email #1
After filling out the Stripe details, you will receive the first email that looks like this:
You don't have to do anything else after receiving this email. Just wait for the next one to arrive. In the background, we're setting up your server instance.
Step 4: Email #2
After around 10 minutes (in some cases more), your app instance is ready for you. Then you will receive email #2 as shown in the following image. Also check your spam folder if you cannot find this email after 30-60 minutes.
Step 5: Sign up and create your organization
Click the link that is provided to you in email #2, which brings you to the sign-up page of your ValueFlow account. Fill out the form to create your organization.
Organization name: Your company's name. Recommendation: Use the name that you would like the AI to use in a conversation. So instead of "Hi, I'm the assistant of Tesla, Inc." you would probably prefer "Hi, I'm the assistant of Tesla".
Step 6: Email #3
After you sign up, you first have to confirm your email that you just entered. Only after you confirm your email can you access your account.
Congratulations!
You should now be in your new ValueFlow account!
